Marc Hoopingarner

Marc Hoopingarner is a seasoned commercial executive, leadership coach, and founder of Hoop Strategic Advisors. With over 20 years of experience in the animal health and agriculture industries, Marc has built and led high-performing teams, driven large-scale sales growth, and helped organizations navigate change with clarity and purpose.

He most recently served as Vice President of Sales at QC Supply and previously spent more than 15 years in senior roles at Kemin Industries, including Commercial Director for North America. His leadership consistently produced strong results through a combination of strategic planning, team development, and a deep understanding of customer needs.

Marc is known for his hands-on approach to leadership, his ability to simplify complexity, and his commitment to empowering others. He has trained and mentored dozens of managers, directors, and sales professionals, many of whom now serve in key leadership positions across the industry.

A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Marc brings discipline, adaptability, and a service mindset to everything he does. He is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership’s executive program and a Catalyst Certified Trainer.

Through his coaching and consulting work, Marc partners with leaders who want to think more strategically, lead with greater intention, and create lasting impact within their teams.
